| ADA Kid’s Camp welcomes children ages 6 months 12 years. FEES: Kid's Camp is partially funded. A one-time, non-refundable processing fee of $10 is payable at the time of registration. A $50 day care fee is required per child, per day. Half days are $35, for 5 consecutive hours or less. Parents have the option of purchasing lunch and field trip tickets for an additional fee. All fees are payable at the time of registration for ADA Kid’s Camp. FIELD TRIPS: Kid’s Camp field trips are available to children 6 years of age and older at a fee of $35 per child, per trip — which includes transportation, admission and lunch. Children must be registered for Kid's Camp on the day the field trip occurs. LUNCH: Lunch is not included in the on-site camp grant. Parents can purchase lunch (to be provided on-site) via this registration form at $20 per lunch. Parents can also bring lunch to the center for the child to eat during lunchtime. CANCELLATION: Please note that ACCENT will assume your child’s attendance during the hours you have listed below. If your schedule changes, we ask for as much notice as possible. To cancel your children’s attendance for one or more days, please contact us in writing. If you have not checked in with your child within 1/2 hour of the time for which your child is registered, your space may be given to another child without notice. Processing fees are non-refundable. Onsite Kid’s Camp, field trip and lunch fees are refundable for cancellations received in writing to ACCENT on Children’s Arrangements, Inc. by 5:00pm, Central Time Friday, October 10, 2008. |
