Age-Appropriate Adaptation – From infants to teens, ACCENT on Children’s Arrangement’s professional programming is geared toward the needs of each age group and offers children the opportunity to meet new friends, learn new skills and play fun games.

Customized Service and Planning – ACCENT on Children’s Arrangements creates customized programs to meet each client’s needs and budget. The same thing doesn’t work for every group, environment, time of year or setting and ACCENT on Children’s Arrangements takes all of this into consideration when planning a program.

High Level of Supervision – Without dampening the fun or hampering the activities, all children are carefully supervised by responsible, CPR-trained adults that have been specially trained to meet ACCENT on Children’s Arrangements high standards. All care givers have to meet ACCENT’s stringent screening, selection and training process as well as necessary legalities. ACCENT thoroughly performs criminal checks and background references on all care givers.

Safety and Security – ACCENT on Children’s Arrangements photo security procedure, “SecurChild®”, is a positive identification system for check-in and out (ACCENT photographs and documents the parent or guardian who drops off the child and ensures that only that person picks up the child). Camera-monitored children’s centers are optional. Additionally, ACCENT prepares in-depth Fire and Emergency safety plans specific to each meeting location.

 

Staff and Management Team

ACCENT’s Management Team has years of experience in the education and hospitality field and understands the special requirements of children’s programs. Key members of the management team are ACCENT’s Program Managers who work with a group from the beginning and are responsible or developing a curriculum that fits the group, the meeting location and the needs of the children. ACCENT’s Program Managers are on-site for the entire program and are responsible for the successful implementation.

Flexibility – ACCENT on Children’s Arrangements works its magic in any major destination site from early morning, to late in the evening. Headquartered in New Orleans, Louisiana, the company is set up to take all children’s programs on the road and travel with clients, offering consistency and reliability no matter where the client event is planned.

Registration – Starting with group publicity and inclusion in all meeting communication, ACCENT is a partner in the registration process providing customized pre-event registration online, by phone, mail or fax. In addition, ACCENT creates parental consent and waiver forms and sets up on-site registration for larger programs.
