A woman-owned business, established in 1991, ACCENT on Children’s Arrangements, Inc. provides customized children’s activities on-site at corporate events and association meetings domestically and internationally.  ACCENT’s service allows working parent/attendees to safely bring their children to a professional event and enables a meeting planner to produce a more cutting edge event without increasing the group’s responsibility, liability, or workload.

Not only are ACCENT’s programs a progressive and innovative approach to solving the perennial problem of “what to do with the kids,” but they are also a great way to generate new marketing opportunities.  Using ACCENT’s experience in children’s on-site event planning to satisfy the demands of professional parent-members is the easiest way to provide the most popular and most important service for them.

The Industry’s Best Management Team

ACCENT’s management team has many years’ experience in the education and hospitality fields.  All ACCENT managers are trained, and experienced in both event management and the special requirements of children’s programs.

The key member of the ACCENT management team is the on site program manager. This professional ACCENT management associate works with a group from the beginning and is responsible for developing a curriculum that fits the group, the meeting location and the needs of the children.  They go on site and are responsible for the successful implementation on the customized plan developed for the group.

ACCENT’s on site caregivers are teachers, daycare workers, mothers, grandmothers, nurses and other professionals who have significant experience working with children and have been specially trained to meet ACCENT’s high standards.  Criminal background record and references are thoroughly checked.
